Project 10 Pan 2017, Update 1;-

Two months later, and I'm finally back to share an update on my project 10 pan! I'm going to jump right in and show you the progress on the products.
Can I first say what a difference two months make looking at this photos, with the sun finally making an appearance my photos are looking much better, roll on the summer!
I've been making steady progress on my 'Be Kissable' perfume, though I have to admit I've been slacking over the last week or so. I'd say I've used about half of what was left, and I think it will be all finished in another month or two.
My Smashbox Photo Finish Primer feels so close to being done, you should be able to see that there is next to no product left at the bottom of the tube. The only trouble is that its getting really difficult to get the remaining product out of the tube. If this isn't done within the next week or two I will probably cut open the packaging to use up the rest. I'm really eager to get this done and out of my collection because now its warmed up outside this isn't working with my skin so well.
I said this in my introduction but I really can't tell how much of my L'oReal Infallible Matte foundation is left. It is really light to pick up now and I have to store it upright and give it a good shake every morning to get any product out, so I'd say its nearly empty. I really like this foundation, but I have a few in my collection that have been completely unloved since I started using this that I want to get some use out of.
I managed to use up the last of my Rimmel Stay Matte powder the morning I took these photos. I've been using this product to set my under eye concealer and in my 'T' zone in the mornings and then to powder my whole face around lunch time. I'm so glad this is finally out of my collection as this really isn't my favourite powder and I'm exciting to try out a new one.
Onto my little rollover product, that is older than I care to admit, my Rimmel white eyeliner. I said in my first update that I was going to try to use this product in a few different ways, but that hasn't really worked out for me. I tried it under my foundation to brighten areas and it made my skin look cakey in those places, I tried it as an eye base and it creased. I have been using this religiously in my waterline though and I think I've made quite a bit of progress. If I don't use all of this product up by the end of this project its going straight in the bin, its been in my collection for a disgusting amount of time.
I managed to use up the very last of my Avon brown eyeliner the morning I took these photos. As I said in my introduction I usually wear quite subtle looks to work, but I've been incorporating this eyeliner into my everyday looks by lining the very outside of my eyes and smudging it in. I really like this eyeliner, but again I have more in my collection that I'm glad to move onto.
As I predicted in my introduction there was only a few uses left in the pencil from my Arch & Shape by Makeup Revolution. I had to use a really light hand as this shade was too dark for me, which was why it had been hanging around in my collection for too long and I'm glad I put this in my project to push me to finish it. I actually really liked the product and I'd definitely buy it again in the correct shade of course!

First up in the lips category is my Bodyshop lip balm, I think I've made pretty good progress on this one. At least a quarter of the pot is completely empty. I've been working around the pot to finish it and I think it will be completely gone in a couple of weeks.
Next up is my Rimmel lip liner in Eastend Snob, which as no surprise is completely empty. There was next to nothing left of this so I'd completely used it up within a week. Although this is massively raved about I'm really glad I've finished this because its one of those shades that you see everywhere and I've got others in my collection, and this snapped so many times which was really driving me crazy!
Onto another product that has snapped it is my Revlon Lip Butter in Macaroon. I feel like I've been through everything with this lipstick, first I alternated it with the lip liner, then I had a couple of weeks where I loved just wearing this, and then I got really bored. I have paired this with a dark lip liner to create a browney shade, I have smudged it into my lips with a brighter red in the centre of my lips for that bitten lip look, now I'm back to wearing it alone. This lipstick is actually quite versatile and I've enjoyed experimenting with it. But the last little bit did snap a few days ago so I'm having to be quite delicate with it. I've used at least half of what was left so by the next update I'm hoping this will be completed entirely.

I said in my introduction post that I would be doing a no-buy while I was on this project.... and oh, have I failed. Ok, ok I did really well up until last week I had bought nothing although I had drawn up quite an extensive list of items I was lusting over. But then my birthday came around and alot of my family gave me money and makeup is one of those things I like as a treat. I only bought 5 things totalling less that £20, I'm kind of justifying it because I didn't buy anything with my own money and I'll allow this little slip up, if I get back on the horse and try again.

Let me know if you're also panning, because I really love reading other people's projects!
